I found out that some other girl at work quit so MORE HOURS FOR ME YESSSS. I had just been cut off to Tues/Thurs only but now I'm back on Sundays and I'm working 10-3 instead of 10-2. Yessss~

After work I went to a thrift store and found a pair of pants that matched really well color-wise with my Romano jacket, but they were huge so I'll just look for the pants in another store. Anyone familiar with what store sells Dockers?

I spent a bit of the weekend attempting to make an ahoge for Romano. (I was about to call it "that stupid ahoge" when I realized that would be redundant...) I don't quite like how it turned out but...idk. I'm feeling like I want to buy a new wig even though half the reason I wanted to do Romano was so I wouldn't have to buy a new wig. *sigh*

Gonna go back to studying because I'm trying to be a ~new me~ that is actually serious about school and studies in general.

I missed saying "HAPPY BASTILLE DAY" yesterday! ;A; I was out pretty much all day at work, hanging out with friends, making cookies, and going to the Harry Potter midnight premier. I was hoping our shop would have something to recognize it since it's a European shop but I guess not.

Aside from the first Monday right after Anime Expo, I have not had one day free for myself since it ended. ;____; I've been out at work or going places with my friends. Now don't get me wrong, hanging out with my bros is super awesome but I NEED ME TIME. I-I don't have the energy to be going out every single day. ;; SO TODAY I HAD ME TIME. I got up around noon, played some Fire Emblem (and made progress!), did my laundry, and went on the internet, as per usual. And I had ~pasta~ for dinner. =w=b Oh, and I even took the dogs for a walk! I feel great. :'D

My internet has been an absolute BUTT all day today and I don't know why. 8| It suddenly decided to start working properly just now. Was it because I went to Albertson's and had a strawberry shortcake? Do I have to do this every time you stop working, internet? Because of that it has taken ALL DAY LONG to upload cosplay pictures. But I finally got the post up!

I didn't realize unti late last Saturday night that I didn't wear Tsuna at the con at all, just for this photoshoot. ////orz Photobucket ruined the quality of the pics, by the way. The famiglia will get the high-res pics though~

My mom found this sweater in the garage I can use for Yuki and the sleeves are too big and it has huge pockets on the side that stick out. But I doubt I'll be able to find any sweaters in stores at the end of June.

I also just finished my skirt and put the whole costume on and...it looks really terrible. I really, really don't want to wear this. :| I don't even know, I've tried the shirt on before and it seemed fine but when I put it on just now with the skirt it just...looks so terrible and badly done. Wtf. The fact that the sweater covers like 75% of the costume doesn't help, either.

Oh and my dog stepped on my leg so now I have 2 lovely red scars on my leg JUST IN TIME FOR ANIME EXPO. THANKS, ZEKE.

Finland is supposed to have dark brown boots with brown boot covers; however, since I could not find brown boots I bought black, and so I used white boot covers because they look better (plus older drawings of him have him in this combo). SO!

Dark brown belt or black belt?

At work today! It was super cool! This old guy came in and asked if the owner (Adrian) could speak Dutch (he does) and if he could talk to him (so he came out). And I just stood there at the counter listening to Adrian and this old guy TALKING IN DUTCH and I was just so "8'DDDDDD" on the inside. ;w; It sounds very German; plus danke is thank you in Dutch as well so dsjfhkew guess who's gonna go study the Netherlands now lol. I hope that old guy comes back! He was so coool ;A; Apparently he moved here from Australia, and he himself is half Dutch and he claims to have lived in pretty much every country in the world. I WANT TO HEAR HIS STORIES!

After work I spent the whole afternoon working on cosplay. I remade my Finland jacket (again). I GUESS THIRD TIME'S A CHARM FOR ME, EH? It looks much, much better now though. Now I'm actually happy with it. :') Collar is still a bit weird but there's nothing I can do so it's fine. And I wasn't paying attention when I hemmed the bottom so the two sides don't match orz I'll fix that...then I just have to add pockets and some extra buttons and I'll be done! Oh and I did the boot covers last night.
